How do I copy 1 business card to the rest of the cards on the sheet without
re-typing everything 9 more times.

The "business card" is in a cell of a table. Copy that first cell to the
clipboard; then select the whole table and paste.

If that doesn't copy everything properly, use the macro at the end of

http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm if needed).
