I have a user who can't burn CDs with Nero Express and
wants me to give her user account burning rights. I'm
not sure how to do this as we are setup with a workgroup
and not a domain. I'm not sure which rights are "burning
rights" either. I don't want to give her administrator
access to the machine because she tends to download
viruses that attack her registry and other system files.
