I've created a playlist to burn onto a CD but when I try to burn the CD it's
not long before the drive opens and I get a message,
'A drive error has occurred. Please try selecting a lower write speed in
drive options before attempting your burn again (416).'

I don't know how to select a lower write speed and it doesn't matter how
much I search I can't find the answer. Another piece of advice it offered was
to insert a 2 second gap between pieces of music and it told me I did this by
clicking 'Options'... yay and wonderful, I don't see the word 'Options'
anywhere!!!
Somebody please help me.

If you want to select a lower recording speed than open Explorer -- Right
click cd/DVD drive and choose properties -- go to Recording tab -> there is a
option for speed. And for the advice, tell which burning Program you are
using.
