I'm missing the original post in this thread, and I can't tell what you're
trying to do based on just the subject line (which has been cut off).

Could you please type your question here in the message area of the window?
We may be able to steer you in the right direction if we know what your
question is.

I was just wondering, if I did powerpoint 2007 and burn it to cd is the a way
I can view the powerpoint through the cd player through the TV instead of
viewing it through the computer?
Looking forward to your reply.

You can try it. Whether it will work or not depends on the CD player
attached to the TV. The CD players like that that I'm familiar with play
either audio CDs or CDs with just photos -- they wouldn't know what to do
with the PPT Viewer application.

It's pretty unlikely. No, let's make that "totally unlikely". Not gonna
happen.

Now if you have a DVD player, there are ways of converting PPT presentations to
something that'll play on the TV.

You see I usually use photostory 3 but powerpoint looks better, and I was
just wondering what software to use to play through dvd player through the
TV. I know if I put powerpoint on CD then you can only play through the
computer, any suggestions?

You'd have to convert the PPT to video and then use DVD authoring software
to create the DVD.

If your presentation is just images, I'd actually suggest PhotoStory or
similar to create the video, so I suspect you're already more than halfway
there. No sense in adding PPT to the mix at this point. :)

There's additional information here:

I'd agree with Echo's reply.
