How do I send an email to a large group and have only
each recipients name show in the "to" field. Some of my
contacts do not wish everyone in the group to have their
address.

You can set up a Distribution List. Instructions are in Outlook Help.

You can use a Distribition list and place the names in the BCC field, or complete a mail merge from Outlook.
