(Bulk) being added to my subject line

When sending email within Windows Mail, (Bulk) is added to the subject line.
I do not have bcc selected. I think it is causing a problem when sending to
hotmail accounts. Anyone have an idea on what is going on?

What is your evidence for this? Does the copy in your Sent Items folder
have the "(Bulk)" designation added, or is it only noticed after the recipient
receives the message? Are you running any antivirus or anti-spam programs?
