Building Relationships for Linked Tables in VBA

I am linking to an Oracle database through an ODBC
connection and none of the relationships appear. I need
them to be able to build the reports and forms using the
wizards. Is there a way to link the relationships?

If not, is there a way to add the relationships
programmatically? It won't let me append a relationship b
between linked tables, and I really don't want to have to
do this by hand for every copy of the Access Database.

To my knowledge their is no way to build standard relationships in Access on
linked tables associated with another database. I believe you can use the
tables in the relationship window, but you will not get the one to many
symbology on the join line.
