Building Blocks

In Word 2007 when using Building Blocks for autotext entry I am unable to
insert with destination formatting, only the font I've used when initially
entering it in Building Blocks. My Word settings are set for destination
formatting and this works in normal copying and pasting. Thanks for your
help.
