My system has been rebooting the last few months with a
bugcheck. I'm running W2K Pro with SP4.

the system log shows:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000000a (0x00000068, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0x8042dd4c). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini011204-01.dmp.

Can anyone provide some input.
