BUG - Windows Defender blocked on an item to review

I've changed my IE7 beta3 home page and WD shows me a balloon in order to
review this change, look this:

but if I click on "review and take action" the "apply actions" button is
disabled (greyed) and so I can't apply it.
On the system tray the WD icon FOREVER shows the question mark icon and so
WD seems to be in an inconsistence state (to unlock it I have to shutdown WD
or reboot windows).

Just out of interest. What version of Windows Defender are you using?

Latest version is as follows:

WD v. 1.1.1347.0
Engine v. 1.1.1481.0
Signature v. 1.14.1515.17

You can repair Windows Defender.(2 ways)
Try first #1
First exit WD; using Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. Click WD and
click Change. Click Next, and then click Updªte.
