BUG: Scrolling Alerts

Found a fun problem with the program.

I keep my Task bar on the left side of the screen in auto-
hide (I have dual monitors in case it matters). Ran a bat
file I wrote to update my hosts file and a window
scrolled from the bottom to of the screen then off the
top, never got a chance to read it. After some
experimentation, I found moving the task bar to the
bottom of the screen would cause the dialog to stop its
scroll before the halfway point, then I could read and
respond to it. When ALT-TABing through processes I found
those dialogs were still there, but I had no way to clear
them.

This is a serious problem, I want my task bar where it
belongs but cant move it back while the bug exists

Happens to me too... taskbar is on the left on auto-hide.
