BUG - scheduled scans

When changing the time of scheduled scans, any time after
12:00 is changed to twelve hours earlier. eg 13:00
becomes 01:00, 20:00 becomes 08:00 etc. As a result I can
only schedule scans for the morning! I am obviously using
the 24 hour clock.

If you switch to a 12 hour clock and set your scan time, and then switch
back to a 24 hour clock, the scan should take place at the scheduled
afternoon time.
