Bug in VS 2005 ?

I am editing the connection string by right clicking on the Project...
Properties... Settings... but the program still insists on using the "old"
connection string. Why ?

What am I missing ?

Did you compile the project so that the .config file where the exe is
located was updated?

No, this is just in Development mode....
