BUG: Ignore w/1 item still wants to stop browsers

If the silly thing only finds one piece of spyware and you
say "ignore" the software still insists on stopping IE
even though it has no need to.

Since I have 28 browser instances running this isn't an
option I want. Since it isn't doing anything,
but "skipping" I have to cancel out since I'm not risking
this.

It has no business touching anything if there nothing for
it to do. At this point I'm uninstalling it since I can't
tell what the heck its trying to do.

For all I know this is just a wrong dialog message, but
I'm not risking it. Its off my system.

What piece of spyware did it find and not remove?
