Hi there, I have a PC with Win2k, whenever I insert a
blank CD-R into my burner I get a blue screen and an error
message saying dumping physical memory to disk, then
counts up to 100 before restarting. does anyone know what
this is, and whether there is a remedy?

Thanks In Advance

Did you install InCD that comes with Nero or DirectCD that comes with EasyCD
Creator? Those are UDF write utilities that let you use a writable CD
(although it had to be a rewritable CD) like a big floppy; i.e., you can
copy, create, delete, and edit files on it without having to use the CD
burning software. However, I've found those utilities to be very flaky.
Both (but not installed concurrently) would give me BSODs. Uninstalling
them fixed the problem.
