Bsod Help

Ok I am getting error:
***STOP:0X0000008E (0XC0000005,0X8053D1AE,0XF6930978,0X00000000)
System does a physical memory dump and asks me to check bios updates and
disable BIOS memory such as cache and shadowing. It also asks if i have
adequate disk space and to try changinf video adapter.

Can anyone help, this error occurs withina couple of mins starting up the
system, if i reset it is ok but still very annoying
