Browsing is NOT active on domain

I can't seem to figure out how to see the computers on my LAN -- it
used to work before. I looked at some of the artilcles and newsgroups
on google but can't figure this out. I have 3 computers - 2 running
windows 2K and 1 running Windows XP. No one can see each other even
though everyone is on the workgroup: "WORKGROUP". Here is what happens
when I run "browstat status" on the Windows XP machine. Please help! :

One of my other machines named "EAGLE" produces the following when
running browstat status. Could it be something with the node-type...
Doesn't seem like anything is in the Event Viewer as an error on either
one of the computers:
