Browser window - no back ground colors

Web pages don't have dividing lines between panels.
Also, no background colors. I have screenPrint of the same
website in IE and Netscape, the latter looks ok.
Don't know if I can attach files to a Post.

Go to control panel..accessibility options..and on the display tab make sure
use high contrast is not checked.

Thanks Ricky! Dead on! After exhausting everything in Inernet Options, I'd already swithed to Netscape to get around it.
