browser switching windows

How can I stop IE from automatically switching back to a
window when it has finished loading a page? When I open
a website in one window and go to another to wait for it
to finish, it will automatically switch back over when
it's done. This is annoying and disrupts whatever I am
doing in another window. Can anyone help?

Minimize the window.
