Browser hijacked

Every time I logon my computer the browser gets resets to
one of these sites so far globe-finder.cc/ or luckysearch.
when I click on tools internet options the home pages
displays the following.
http://acc.count-all.co%
6d/%2d/?%70%67%64%6f%63 about:blank
I've look into the registry and deleted every one of these
inputs from each user on my computer but as soo as we log
of and log back on its there again. I even downloaded this
spy-bot program but it hasn't done any good and I have
norton Anti virus which did at one time find the
js.exploit but that has since been deleted. and I have
updated my windows patches. I'm at a lost

Global-Finder (CoolWebSearch spyware). This is a trojan/spyware that hijacks
Internet Explorer start and search settings to one of several different web
sites

Download CoolWebSearch destroyer from here:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip

And download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com and update it. It eliminates
for any other spyware, if present in the system.
