Browser closes previous window when new window requested

All of a sudden my browser's acting funny. When I try to
open a new browser window the old one gets closed.
Anybody know why this is happening? So, when I right
click on a link and choose "open in new window" it does
open the link in a new window, but it closes the original
window.

No problem. I clicked on "Reset Web Settings" under
Tools/InternetOptions/Programs. The problem is fixed.
