Browser also Highjacked

I have run the spyware several times, each time detecting
and removing this Possible Browser Hijack Browser
Modifier. The status is always showing removed.
Each time I have also restored my old broweser home page.

Here is the address that seems to be causing problems:

Any help you can provide me will be appreciated.

I admit that I am not the most technically minded person
and definately need help.

Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at Start Up;

Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet
Files C:\Documents

and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files folder ;

Run the scan while in safe mode;

If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-
ons, and uncheck any BHO's that you don't recognize.
