Browse Domain - Not Working

I have recently upgraded Active Directory from 2000 to
2003 adding a new 2003 based domain controller. This
process seems to have worked fine I have DNS, DHCP, WINS
running on the 2003 box and 2 DCs one running W2K Standard
server the second on 2003. I've recently removed AD from
the 2000 box leaving a single 2003 DC. All roles seem to
have transferred okay, but now I find client PCs cannot
browse the network through (My Network Places). When I
chose the domain I get a message "The domain is not
accessible, The list of servers for this workgroup is not
available."

The 2003 server is running NetBios over TCP/IP, The WINS
service is enabled and I can see all the active
registrations from the server MMC. The clients are all
W2K Pro SP4. Prior to removing AD from the 2000 box,
WINS was replicated between the 2003-2000 server. I have
updated DHCP to point only to the remaining 2003 box for
all services DNS,DHCP, WINS. My plan is to add another
DC on another 2003 server but I need to clear up this
browse issue before I do.

Any ideas on what might be casuing this issue? I can ping
all the node from both the clients and servers. I can
event get to the shares using net use \\UNC syntax. Thank
you for your help on this matter.

Are the clients pointing to your new WINS server? Browsing is a
NetBIOS/wins issue.
