Absolutely superb photographs in every respect all down to that guy Khan..much respect..

Fantastic photos of the war aswell...

Thanks Ian for those pics.
I take the Mail and my wife and me both though how nice they were,and it was a pleasure to see no cars.
I think some time last year there was a t.v documentary about the man who had gone out and taken pictures in colour for the first time from around the world. Great chap,but he died in poverty when the Wall street crash happened.His photographic collection,I believe, was taken by the Nazis` when they came to power.
I remember seeing some prints done with "Dufaycolour" proccess,many years ago, by a chap who did them at home. I think that it was the same system used in the Mails` pictures that is grains of potato starch dyed. They were really bright and clean prints,I thought at the time that they were better than Kodacolor.
