Hi Everybody,
I have a problem with Brightmail message,
One of the user in our network using Office Outlook 2003 to send E-Mail,
sometimes
when he include files (Mostly PowerPoint document) his sent E-mail body has
a message
of Brightmail, like:
This message has been processed by Brightmail(r) Anti-Virus using Symantec's
AntiVirus Technology.

PowerPoint Document was .....

...............................................(A few more line)

I checked his computer I can not find Symantec AntiVirus or Brightmail or
something close .... I just

want to find it to change it's configuration to not adding that text message
in E-mail body, because it

scare some of E-mail recipients, any clue???? We all use AVG AntiVirus and
have same ISP and Email

provider in the office and don't have this problem, could it be any other
program that has Brightmail as a part??

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks - Sam

This person should look in Tools>Options>Other>COM Add-Ins or Add-In Manager
and look for anything unusual. Otherwise, use Regedit and look for
"brightmail" to see if there are references to it.

Do you have Norton or Symantec software installed? as symantec bought
Brightmail this past year, so they have started incorporating their name
brand in their symantec products...
