break a presentation into multiple ppt files

Is there a way to break a presentation by slide into multiple ppt files??

Example:
source.ppt (3 slides)

turns to something like this :
source_slide1.ppt
source_slide2.ppt
source_slide3.ppt

I have about 100 powerpoint presentation that need to be broken that way !!!!
