Borders and Shading Gone

Running FrontPage 2002 on WindowXP. All of a sudden the ability to use border
& shading around any object is gone. That option is greyed out on all menus.
Example1 - 1) insert a table, 2) go to table properties, 3) I can change the
border width but I can't apply LIGHT or DARK characteristics. Example2 - 1)
insert a picture, 2) go to picture properties, 3) I can change the border
width but the STYLE button is greyed out so I can no longer apply a different
style of border.

I've removed FrontPage from my pc and re-installed it but the problem still
exists. I then installed it on a different pc and the problem is gone. It
appears FrontPage 2002 is corrupted on my pc and doing a re-install does not
get rid of the corruption.

Please help. Thanks

Thanks. That solved half of my problem - I can now modify table borders.

Still can't modify a picture border using the Style button and can't select
a paragraph and apply Borders & Shading to it.

I fixed the other half of my problem! I went back to that page you sent me to
and put checkmarks in the 2 CSS boxes at the bottom. I now can again put
borders & styles around paragraphs and pictures. Thanks for telling me about
that page.

Again thanks for all your help.

Hi,

You're welcome!

Actually you beat me to it as I was going to tell you that! :)

One thing to keep in mind however..the effects you will be using are not
always visible in all browsers..usually they will show in IE but not in some
others.
