border text colour

how can I change the colour of the border text links. I
try but they always come back as grey

I'm not sure what you mean by "border text links". It
would help if you could post the URL of the problem page.

Are these links in a shared border, in a site to which you
applied a Theme? If so, you can't modify the appearance of
the links directly; you need to modify the Theme.
