Booting pc

Today I am having a problem where I can not boot my PC. I have tryed using
safe mode, last good configuration etc.
I keep getting a message
Stop: C000021A (Fatal Syatem Error)
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedy with a
status code of
0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
Any Ideas?

I am getting a very similiar error msg. So how do I boot to dos, when it
shuts down before getting to the screen where you have that option?
