booting computer after SP2 install

Afte installing SP2 my computer will only boot in Safe
Mode. It has to be in the SP2 install because my computer
boots ok after uninstalling SP2. Any Suggestions?

Before Installing SP2
1) Defrag hard drive
2) Scan for viruses
3) Scan for spy/malware
4) Make sure all software is updated
5) Make sure you have latest drivers for all hardware
6) Disable your AntiVirus and firewall
worked fine on my two PC's.
