boot problems

running windows 2000 professional
norton antispam installed. At the end of the installation the system went to reboot. Instead of rebooting the system kept hanging in the re-boot mode and continually cycling in reboot

Started in safe mode and attempted to unistall antispam. Safe mode would not allow remove programs to operate

Created and tried the Emergency Repair Disk. Message shown - "NTLDR is missing" Not sure what this means

I can't locate my Windows 2000 disk to make a boot disk

Help. Not sure how to proceed.

ERD's are not a bootable disk. They're for use in conjunction with the
recovery console. If you created it after the problem then the registry
image won't do you much good as it contains the same damage that you now
experience. Does it blue screen or what?

no blue screens
cycles through setup and shows the starting windows screen and then restarts the same process again. Continues to try and boot.

I have a duplicate win2000 machine at my office. Is their anything I can copy to a floppy from this machine to solve the problem
