blurry video clips??

i am trying to put a video clip from my kodak easyshare gallery to movie
maker. however, movie maker does not accept .mov files, so i saved the clip
as a .avi file. it opened fine, and is in my movie. but the clip is blurry
and fuzzy when played as a .avi file. when it is a .mov file, it plays
without being blurry. is this because of the .avi file format? how can i make
it unblurry

avi is just a wrapper adn can contain many types of file. It's possible you
have chosen a highly compressed version of teh avi type and this is causing
the blurriness. Couplke this with the fact that most compressed avi's do not
work well with movie maker and you aren't doing to well.
Try converting it to wmv instead and see how that goes.
