bluetooth mouse not working at all

my bluetooth mouse is not working at all, but the
keyboard is. reinstalled all the drivers and changed the
batteries (twice). anybody know what may be the problem?

I have the mouse, only. It quit after a few hours. Returned for new and it's
still clicking!
