Blue Screens

Windows XP professional keeps on going to a blue screen
after a while. Basically every problem has to do with
the 'win32k.sys' file.

One of the errors i get is:

PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA


and this subsequent message:

Address BF8009A2 base of BF800000, Datestamp 3ec91421

Can someone please help me out, or tell me where I can
fix this?
