blue screen with :bad_pool_caller

hey there, may be someone could help me with this?

while working on a word page , on a P4 computer with winXP
as my system , with any special application installed
other then the system and office XP , i get a blue screen
saying : bad_pool_caller.....

what is that?
what is causing this?
how can i solve this problem?
