Hi

Could you please post the Stop Code that accompanied the BSOD? With that
your problem could be isolated. Could be the problem lies with the 200 MHz
CPU you are using!

Shutdown problems in Windows XP can be caused by many factors, just like
earlier versions of Windows. These included: a damaged exit sound file;
incorrectly configured, damaged, or incompatible hardware; conflicting
programs, or an incompatible, damaged, or conflicting device driver.

I would appreciate if you send the correct error code or STOP code. It
helps to guide you with the correct solution. Please follow the link from
Microsoft that is "Preparation Before You Contact Microsoft After Receiving
a STOP Message on a Blue Screen"

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;314103

Anyways, I'll suggest you below few know blue screen problem in Windows XP
which relates to sound driver problem

Follow this link

http://aumha.org/win5/a/shtdwnxp.php and see the section "SBLive:
DEVLDR32.EXE PROBLEMS" also see "SIGNED DEVICE DRIVERS ON TOP OF UNSIGNED
ONES." under OTHER KNOWN ISSUES & HINTS... section

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Anshuman
