blocking syware that you accidently let run...

I was on my computer and the window popped- up at the
bottom for Microsoft AntiSpyware. it said spyware was
trying to run (like it always does when I start my
computer.) There is a spyware thing called "isearch" and I
scan my computer and then it is removed, then restart my
computer and its back (it never goes away). Everytime I
start my computer the wimdow pops up to ask me to let it
run or block/remove it. I usually click remove, but I
accidently clicked the button "to let it run" and now the
window doesn't pop up and its always on my computer. Its
not supposed to be on there and Microsoft says
that "isearch" is "severe" spyware. Can anyone help me to
undo what I did and/or get it completly removed from my
computer?....Thanks -Cody

Boot to Safe Mode and run the scan there.
