Blocking Issues

I recently uninstalled Windows XP, and was converted back
to Win98. I now am trying to re-install WinXP and I am un
able to do the install. Every time I try I get a pop up
message wich states:

Blocking Issues (return to top)
Setup found some issues that will prevent you from
upgrading your Windows installation. You must fix all of
these issues before you can upgrade to Windows XP.
Installation Requirements


Other Operating Systems Found
You cannot upgrade this Windows installation to Windows
XP, because you have more than one operating system
installed on your computer. Upgrading one operating system
can cause problems with files shared by the other
operating system, and is therefore not permitted.

What should I do? Please help!!

Unless you want a multi boot system try and create a

second partition copy all your documents then format the
other partition with win98 then insert your XP disc
reboot your machine and you will be on the setup screen
instead of normal windows.You can create partions on the
xp setup.
