Blocking a site and reporting threats

I have two issues.

First, each morning after logging on to MSN Premium, Antispyware shows a
popup window that says:

Microsoft Antispyware has blocked the Trusted Site _//@mail.mar@ from being
added to your list of trusted Web sites in Internet Explorer. This Trusted
Site was blocked based on previous input.

Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix this? Virus Scan is clean.
This started coming up just after my first use of the Antispyware.

Second, when I try to report it, I cannot send my report. I am requested to
check my proxy settings and then retry. I have a cable connection to the
internet.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

I just found this under blocked events. Does it help at all? BTW, what is
decativated? lol, I assume it means deactivated. I guess that ought to be
changed.

same alert when signing in to msn explorer 9

I guess I hadn't noticed it because I've been using OE to access my mail.
Does anyone know for sure if this belongs to msn explorer 9?

My biggest problem with letting this go is that a
Microsoft product, AntiSpyware, is alerting me about MSN,
another Microsoft product. How do we ask Microsoft what
this is?

Is _//@mail.mar@ part of a Microsoft product? I am alerted while bringing
up MSN Premium, but I'm not sure if this is a part of that product or not.
It is not showing up on my scans.

Also, when I tried to send a suspected spyware report concerning this, I was
unsuccessful. I keep getting an error and am requested to check my proxy
settings. I am connected via cable to the internet.

Any help or guidance will be appreciated.
