Blocking a domain using wildcard

I've been getting several spam emails from senders with a domain ending in
"de". However, the word that appears after the "@" symbol varies. Is there a
way to block these messages using a wildcard, such as *@*.de?

I assume you mean the country code is '.de' (Germany). If so:
Tools, Junk E-mail Options, International, Blocked Top-Level Doman List.
