Blocked %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Favorites

I accidentally dragged my favourites folder from it's
original location. MSAS popped up with Prevent change to %
USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Favorites? I clicked yes. Dogh!
Now my favourites pull-down in Internet Explorer is
empty. I can't unblock the event in the System Agent,
because it doesn't appear as blocked, even though the
event appears in the log. I'm unable to uninstall MSAS,
because %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Favorites is blocked.
Snookered?

Try blocking some of the system agents in MSAS and try the procedure again.
