Blocked file

I emailed an MDB fle as an attachment to a contact. I inadvertently lost my
own copy of that file, then wanted to retrieve it, but Outlook 2003 has
blocled my access to the attachment in the Sent email as a potentially unsafe
attachment. I can't even re-forward the attachment. Is there any way round
this?
