Blocked driver

I installed and then removed a piece of incompatible software, however it
seems that there is a driver which still tries to load, and is blocked by
Vista. The msg box tells me:

Driver: CD Recording Software
Publisher: Roxio, Inc.
Location: unknown

Part of the problem is that the machine came with some Roxio app
pre-installed.

Done all kinds of searches, looked at 'run' in the registry and 'services'
but can't find the driver, or where it is trying to load.
This is not a major problem, but very irritating.

Another thing someone might be able to enlighten me about is Task Manager. I
have 2 accounts configured (both administrator privileges) but Task Manager
looks completely different in each. Why is that? One looks proper, and the
other has no title bar, menu bar or tabs (or proper functionality). Are
there 2 versions of this app. shipped with Vista?
Thanking someone in anticipation.

This might work, but it is quite old, so it might not:

You can double click on the edges of Task Manager to toggle it.

Thank you, but as I say, I already have other pre-installed Roxio software
which I do not wish to remove.
Can anyone list all the places a driver might get started?

If you have a Roxio package installed the package also included apps from
Sonic. Uninstall these Sonic apps also.
