Block user ability to change user/group permissions

I guess my point is that it /is/ hard to implement if you have not done
it before & (maybe) are not following a written list of instructions.
Just as it would be hard for /me/ to go to a pharamacy & start
dispensing scripts: I've never done that before, I have no professional
experience in that area, & I would undoubtedly get it wrong if I had to
rely on the goodwill of 3rd parties to tell me how to do it!

You make a good point. As it turns out, though, setting up security in Access
really isn't all THAT hard. It is just really easy to make mistakes when you
are a beginner. But, once you start to get the hang of it, I'm finding that
you see it is actually quite easy.

Boy, your scenario would be horrible, though. "Ummm.... I think these are
your anti-fungal pills, Mrs. Thompson. Okay. Have a nice day. Thank you for
shopping at CVS. Oh no! WAIT! Mrs. Thompson! I gave you Viagra! Darn, she's
gone. Um.... oh well." LOL! Sorry. I'm strange.
