Block <img src=> in html formatted emails in OL2000

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to configure Outlook 2000 to stop the downloading of inline content in html emails in the same way that is done in Outlook 2003 (Block Image Downloading). We will be rolling out Outlook 2003 in the next 6 months but would like the ability NOW to prevent image dowloading.

Is this possible by adding a reg key or something, or maybe an add in? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Danny Russell

The best you can do is a 3rd party addin like WYB (www.grinningshark.com) or
Chilton preview
(http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Peaks/8392/download.htm) -
otherwise, only outlook 2003 supports blocking external content.
