Block Control Panel in Group Policy

I use win2000 server with active directory now i wants block control
panel from users, I mean user could not use control panel please tell
me what i do.

panel from users, I mean user could not use control panel please tell
me what i do.

You open "Active Directory Users and Computers" and select or create an
Organizational Unit. Into that OU, you put the user accounts of the
people who shall not be able to access the Control Panel any more. Your
next step is right-clicking the OU, select Properties, select the "Group
Policy" tab - and create a new Group Policy. If you click on "Edit", you
can browse to the following Group Policy:

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel - "Prohibit
access to Control Panel". Set it to "Enabled". Then close all open windows.
