Block an IP address from sending spam or viruses

I have been receiving emails from bogus email accounts that have all been
generated from the same IP address. I cannot use the "block sender" because
they are using a sender's name that is valid. The emails are all different
subjects so I can't use a specific rule. How can I block an IP address from
sending me viruses, spam and junk?

Sure you can. Use a rule that searches the headers for the IP address.
