blinking background MS Word 2007

For some reason, when I start MS-Word 2007, the program by defult use the
"blinking background" text effect

as I understood in this version this option is unable, how can I fix it?

thank you, but this option do not fix the problem because when I open a new
document again have these text effect by default

Open the Normal.dotm template (use Office button > Open and navigate to the
Templates folder to find it). Select the single empty paragraph, and use the
macro to select "None". Save and close the template.
