Noting how fierce the blaze was, yes, looks like arson to me.

Same as the Cutty Sark, really, underlying motives.

Just lucky nobody got hurt or killed as far as we know.

Definitely looks like the fire was started deliberately as i'm sure the LFB investigation will show this.
