Blaster Worm Virus

My friend is running xp and he has been infected by the
blaster. We found a cleaner program at Norton and cleaned
his drives. When we get back on line to down load the
patch his computer get infected again.

My computer is running Win 98. How can I download the
patch for win xp with my computer and put the download on
a CD and then clean and load it on his computer?
